Every Pre Academy session is structured to build technical ability and game understanding through purposeful practice and coached small-sided games.
Warm-Up & Activation
Dynamic movement patterns and ball work to prepare body and mind.
Primes the right muscles and switches players into coaching mode before the technical work starts.
Technical Block
One skill theme, high repetitions, individual ball work.
At 7–8, repetition is everything. Ten minutes of focused technique builds habits faster than an hour of unstructured play.
Skill Application Game
The technique from the block applied in a competitive game format.
Skills only stick when players are forced to use them under light pressure — this is where the technical block pays off.
Small-Sided Games
Coached 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5 games with real tactical cues.
Game intelligence develops through playing, not just drilling. Coaches intervene with questions, not instructions.
Cool Down & Review
Light stretch, one coaching point to take home.
The review moment is when learning transfers to memory. One clear takeaway beats five rushed ones every time.
